Request Payment: Keep Royalties Flowing

Paying your clients and/or artists just got smoother. With the new Request Payment feature, your payees can easily request payments on their balances once they meet your payout criteria, keeping their payouts timely, transparent, and hassle-free.

What’s New:

• A “Request Payment” button only appears for payees who:

  • Have at least one approved royalty statement.
  • Have a balance above the minimum payment threshold in their contract (e.g. $50).
  • Haven’t received payment within a set timeframe (e.g. 7 days).
  • Once the payment has been requested, the button is inaccessible until they meet the threshold again.

• Clicking the button sends an email notification with balance and unpaid statement details to all enterprise users with Finance/Payments permissions.

• Once requested, the button is disabled (grayed out) until either the 7-day period passes or new statements push the balance above the threshold again.

• Cut back on “When will I get paid?” emails

Enhanced Terms & Condition Agreement: No Loose Ends

We’ve made it easier to track who’s agreed to your Terms & Conditions, so you’ll always know where every user stands. With a clear record of acceptance, you can scale with confidence and peace of mind.

What’s New:

• New Sign-Ups: Must accept your Terms & Conditions before creating their account.

• Existing Clients: When you update your Terms & Conditions, users must accept them at their next login before accessing the platform.

• Parent View: Instantly see which users have accepted the latest terms.

Revenue Report Processing: See Progress in Real Time

Managing your Revenue Report uploads from DSPs and partners (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, The Orchard) is smoother and more transparent. With the new Processing Queue and Import History, you can track every file from parsing to completion — and keep a reliable record of past imports.

What’s New:

• Processing Queue: Monitor reports being parsed in real time.
• Import History: View all past uploads with file names, dates, and status (imported, failed).
• Error Visibility: Get clear status messages when uploads fail, so you know how to rectify the issue.
• Smarter Re-Uploads: Duplicate file names are now handled automatically, making retries seamless.
