HD Audio: Streamlined and Optimised

We’ve enhanced our HD Audio capabilities with new visual indicators and filters, making it seamless to identify and manage your Hi-Res tracks.

What’s new:

• Hi-Res Badges: Instantly spot Hi-Res tracks in your catalog.

• DSP Support Indicators: See which DSPs accept Hi-Res uploads.

• Catalog Filters & Guidance: Filter for Hi-Res tracks and get inline file spec tips.

• Quick audits: Identify and upgrade older releases to Hi-Res.

YouTube Channel Royalties: Set Contracts by Video

In February, we made it easier to manage royalties by assigning contracts at the channel level.

Now, you have even more control — apply royalty contracts to individual YouTube videos, not just entire channels.

How it works:

When creating a contract in the Rights section:

• Select your YouTube channel.
• Choose Only selected videos.
• Pick the relevant videos.
• •Add your contract terms and payees.
• Review and confirm your selections.
• Click Create Contract

You’re all set!

How it benefits you:

• Accurate payouts: Distribute royalties based on video-specific contracts.
• Simpler collaboration: Manage unique royalty deals across different videos or artists.

Review & Pay: Smarter, Faster Royalties

We’ve redesigned the Review & Pay flow to make managing royalty payments clearer and more intuitive.

What’s new:

• Streamlined Review & Pay modal

• Inline editing for balance due and payment amounts

• Faster processing: Edit payouts right from the table

Client Onboarding: Fast, Secure, and Selective

We’ve implemented a new “Create Client” feature that allows you to create clients directly from Revelator Pro. This gives you a faster, more controlled way to onboard new users.

What’s new:

• Enter just a name and email, and Revelator instantly:

• Creates a client workspace.

• Generates a payee and a new contract.

• Sends a personalized invite email to your users.

How it benefits you:

• Greater control: Onboard only the clients you approve

• Stronger security: Eliminate unverified signups

White Label Settings: Control Legal and Help Content

White-label users now have more control over their platform’s content and documentation.

Contract Search: Find What You Need, Faster

The search bar in Rights > Contracts now supports more fields—making it easier to locate contract-related information across your catalog.

What’s new: Search by Contract Name, Contract ID, Payee ID, Asset ID, or Licensor ID.

• Faster lookups: Jump straight to the data you need—no more endless scrolling.
• Smarter context: Instantly surface contracts linked to specific assets, licensors, or payees.
• Streamlined reporting: Quickly gather the right contract details for payouts, rights, or audits.

New Marketplace Partner: Chordal

We’re excited to welcome Chordal to the Marketplace!

Chordal connects music rights holders with music supervisors to simplify sync licensing. With tools for sharing, pitching, and managing your catalog—plus built-in rights management and AI-powered matching—Chordal makes it easier to collaborate and land sync deals.

To get started, go to the Marketplace in Revelator Pro, click the Chordal card, and use the “Get Started” button to apply for access.

New DSP Integration: Audius

Audius is now live as a Revelator DSP integration!

Audius is a decentralized streaming platform built on blockchain technology, designed to give artists greater control over their content and revenue. With direct uploads and community-driven governance, it’s shaping a more open and equitable future for music. Deliver your music to Audius and tap into a growing, artist-first ecosystem.
