Spotify: Wrapped 2025 Artist Video Submissions Final Call

Spotify is giving all artists the chance to take part in the Wrapped 2025.

Artists can upload a short video (30 seconds or less) directly in Spotify for Artists to thank fans, celebrate a highlight from the year, or preview what’s coming next.

These clips will appear in each top listener’s personalized Wrapped story, making it easier than ever to connect with fans during Spotify’s most engaging annual moments.

How to Make It Work for You:

  • Record a clean vertical video (no music, logos, or filters)
  • Upload in Spotify for Artists → Videos and Visuals → Wrapped Banner
  • Add a short caption (max 100 characters) and tag a relevant track
  • Deadline: Submit by November 14, 2025

Spotify: Pre-Release Mismatch Reporting Tool

When someone else’s music shows up on your artist profile, you’re dealing with mismatched releases. They’re more than just frustrating; they can derail your release strategy and create a ripple effect across your catalog. Until now, artists and their teams could only report these issues after the release had gone live. But Spotify is changing that. Starting this month, a new feature in Spotify for Artists allows you to report content mismatches before release day.

How to Make It Work for You:

  • Check pre-release assets early for accuracy
  • Report content mismatches in Spotify for Artists

YouTube: Collaborations Feature Rolling Out

YouTube just made it easier for musicians to share the spotlight. Their new Collaboration feature lets up to five creators appear on a single video, with each channel automatically credited directly below the video player, and complete with Subscribe buttons.

For labels and their artists, this is a game changer. It helps expand fan communities, boost cross-promotion, and ensure proper crediting across multiple channels — all without extra work. One video can now drive subscribers to each artist’s individual channel.

How to Make It Work for You:

  • Use joint video drops between label and artist or artist profiles
  • Increase reach by publishing your video once across two different audiences
