Explore the latest updates, features, and tools in Revelator Pro designed to help you grow your music business faster and smarter.
From monitoring artificial streams to archiving inactive releases, supporting multi-disc albums, simplifying client setup, and adding clearer financial visibility — these updates give you more control where it matters.
Artists, labels, distributors, DSPs, and even fans are all harmed by artificial streaming. As DSPs update their policies and enforce stricter reporting and takedowns, staying ahead is more important than ever. The new Artificial Streaming Dashboard (available to Revelator partners using our deals) gives you one place to track DSP-reported artificial activity and safeguard your catalog.

Onboarding your new clients just got a whole lot easier. You can now add yourself as an admin, making client setup faster, smoother, and more flexible.
Our archiving feature lets you remove old or inactive releases, tracks, artists, or contributors from your daily workspace without losing their history. Archived items don’t count toward your billing thresholds, helping you stay organized and only pay for the content that’s truly active.
Royalty reporting can be complex, but visibility shouldn’t be. The new Account Activity page gives you a clear, transparent view of your royalty history and balances directly inside of the Finance page when using Revelator deals.
Compilations and multi-artist projects don’t have to mean messy metadata. With our platform, the complexity is handled for you, so your releases are correctly formatted and accepted by DSPs the first time.
Box sets, double albums, and legacy collections are now fully supported end-to-end. With Multi-Disc Album support, you can ingest and deliver releases with up to 10 discs without requiring any manual workarounds.
August brings clearer royalty workflows with Request Payment buttons, Terms & Conditions tracking, and real-time revenue report visibility—so you can move faster with confidence.
Paying your clients and artists just got smoother. With the new Request Payment feature, your payees can request payouts directly from their dashboard once their royalty statements are approved, their balances are above your payout threshold, and the payout window has passed. This keeps payouts timely, transparent, and hassle-free.
Managing your Revenue Report uploads from DSPs and partners (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, The Orchard) is smoother and more transparent. With the new Processing Queue and Import History, you can track every file from parsing to completion — and keep a reliable record of past imports.
We’ve made it easier to track who’s agreed to your Terms & Conditions, so you’ll always know where every user stands. With a clear record of acceptance, you can scale with confidence and peace of mind.
Track trends across YouTube, TikTok & Meta, personalize marketing links, and customize automated emails—all while controlling Marketplace access and simplifying team collaboration.

June’s release brings smarter credits, faster payments, and better protection. From metadata export and global USDC payouts to melody detection and compliance tools—you’re covered.
Here’s a preview of our new feature, currently in closed beta. You can now send royalty payments in USDC, a stable digital currency that mirrors the value of the US dollar. You can now send earnings directly to payees through Royalty Splits — no traditional payment providers or local bank accounts required. Payees receive funds using the Revelator Wallet, a secure digital wallet built for rights holders to claim, manage, and withdraw USDC royalties directly to their EU (SEPA) or US bank account.
